Gildergreen Tree Surgery ("we", "us", "our") is a tree surgery business based in Bedford (MK41 7RZ), Bedfordshire, led by Lee Gilder. We are the data controller responsible for any personal data you share with us. Our full address is available on request.

When you enquire via our contact form, by phone or by email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you give us about the tree work you want carried out. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site visit, issue a written quote, and — if you become a client — manage your project and aftercare. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We process your data under "legitimate interests" (responding to enquiries you initiated) and, where you become a client, "performance of a contract".

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Client project records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and statutory warranty obligations.

Your data is accessible only to Lee Gilder and authorised Gildergreen crew working on your enquiry or project. We use reputable processors for email, accounting and scheduling, all bound by UK GDPR-compliant data processing terms.
